Build Wealth That Travels With You

The Promise They Made Us:

The Expectation

Get the degree. Work twice as hard. Play by the rules—this traditional path to wealth would supposedly get us a seat at the table.

So we got to work.

The Reality

In 2025, 300,000 Black women lost their jobs or left the workforce. When we are hired, we make 64 cents on the dollar.

This traditional path to wealth? It was never designed for us.

Now, we're building wealth differently—through cryptocurrency, AI, and the tech conferences where the NEW rules of money are being written.

These spaces don't check your resume. No computer science degree or coding skills are required.

They only care about what you're learning, leading, and buying.

That's why we're going. That's where we're going. Come join us.

The NEW Path

I'm Not a Developer...but I'm Still Building Wealth in Tech.

Hi, I’m Jerusha. I've tried learning how to code from three different coding bootcamps. I never finished even one of them!

It's not because I didn't understand the concepts but because I hated coding. However, I really love technology.

I'm fascinated with AI, enthralled by Bitcoin, and energized by innovation. I wanted to be around other future-thinkers but it seemed like the only ones getting in the rooms already worked in tech.

So, I started showing up anyway—to tech meetups, hackathons, Bitcoin conferences. Not as a developer, but as someone who wanted to learn from people building the future.

And here's the secret l discovered: You don't need to code to build wealth in tech.

Deals happen in hallways. Insights flow from conversations. Opportunities emerge from being in proximity to innovation. But most women—especially women who don't fit the "developer" mold—don't think they belong in these spaces.

I'm here to change that.

I teach burned-out Black women professionals how to build tech wealth the "soft" way.

The future of wealth is being built at these conferences. We owe it to ourselves to get in the room.
